Cooking Inexpensive Meat
Now that meat can be hard to find, we need ways to cook whatever we can get.
I used my Instant Pot Duo Mini
to cook pork stew. Here’s my recipe:
1 package stew meat
1 onion chopped into bite size pieces
1 bell pepper chopped into bite size pieces
juice from one lemon
2 cups stock (add salt to your taste)
Pressure cooked on high for 1 hour.
Makes about four servings. (Instant Pot Mini is only 3 quart size. You can fill the instant pot only half way for pressure cooking.)
You might also try cooking with the Joule Sous Vide
