Juno is a thoroughly delightful coming-of-age story about a smart and quirky teen, Juno played by Ellen Page, who seduces her geeky boyfriend and gets pregnant in that quintessentially innocent first fumbling experiment with sex. She does it with the right person, her best friend. Her offbeat family—especially the younger sister—is reminiscent of the characters in Little Miss Sunshine.

Back on the mountain yesterday and who should ski up to me but Pseudo Boyfriend Number One, the guy who was looking so cute in my dreams. We spent the morning riding and skiing together, him talking to tall blondes at the top of the lift while waiting as I strapped on my snowboard.
